Abstract
Stališča učiteljev gospodinjstva vplivajo na usvajanje znanj in veščin učencev pri gospodinjskem
izobraževanju. Pomembno je, da se vsebine gospodinjskega izobraževanja prilagajajo potrebam
posameznika in družbe, kar pomembno vpliva na kakovost življenja oseb, ki so vključene v
gospodinjsko izobraževanje. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kakšna so stališča učiteljev o pomenu
gospodinjskega izobraževanja v osnovni šoli. Podatki so bili zbrani z metodo fokusnega intervjuja. V
fokusni skupini je sodelovalo sedem učiteljev, ki so poučevali gospodinjstvo in druge predmete.
Analiza rezultatov je pokazala, da so učitelji mnenja, da so znanja in veščine, ki jih učenci usvojijo pri
gospodinjskem izobraževanju, pomembna za kakovost življenja učencev in je pomembno, da bi jih
usvojili v osnovnošolskem izobraževanju. Pomembno se jim zdi, da pri gospodinjstvu učenci razvijajo
socialne veščine in znanja s področja prehrane, tekstilstva, urejanja doma, ekonomike, potrošniške
vzgoje, trajnostne potrošnje in zdravja. Glede na rezultate raziskave se kaže potreba po dopolnitvah
učnega načrta za predmet gospodinjstvo in ustreznejši umestitvi predmeta v predmetnik osnovne šole.

The views of home economics teachers influence the assimilation of students' knowledge and skills in
home economics education. It is important that the contents of the home economics education are
adapted to the needs of the individual and society, which significantly affects the quality of life of
persons involved in home economics education. The purpose of the research was to determine the
teacher's views on the importance of home economics education in elementary school. The data was
collected using the method of a focus interview. Seven teachers were involved in the focus group,
teaching home economics and other subjects. The analysis of the results showed that teachers believe
that the knowledge and skills that pupils gain in the field of home economics education are important
for the quality of pupils' lives and it is important that they are obtained in primary education. It is
important for them that pupils develop social skills and knowledge in the field of food, textiles, home
improvement, economics, consumer education, sustainable consumption and health. According to the
results of the research, it is necessary to supplement the curriculum for the subject home economics
and more appropriate placement of the subject in the elementary school curriculum. |
