Abstract

To magistrsko delo obravnava analizo jezikovnih posebnosti pri večjezičnem posamezniku. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge, so na kratko predstavljeni termini, značilni za različne vrste usvajanja jezika (materni, prvi, drugi, tuji jezik in teorija kritičnega obdobja). Temu sledi opis različnih opredelitev pojava dvojezičnosti oziroma večjezičnosti z vidika različnih jezikoslovnih strokovnjakov in opis jezikovnih posebnosti pri večjezičnem posamezniku, ki je predmet raziskave (jezikovni transfer in interferenca, jezikovno mešanje in jezikovno preklapljanje). Raziskava je sestavljena iz treh delov: kratke primerjave češke in francoske slovnice, transkripcije posnetega pogovora z večjezično osebo in nazadnje še analize. Rezultati raziskave so analiza jezikovnih posebnosti na podlagi transkripcije in pisnega izdelka ter njihova interpretacija.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the present thesis is to analyse the language particularities such as linguistic transfer, interference, code-mixing and code-switching present in the speech of a multilingual individual with the language combination of Czech and French. It consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author shortly defines the terms connected to the language acquisition (mother tongue, first, second, foreign language and the concept of a critical period), presents different points of view on the definitions of multilingualism. She also specifies the typology of multilingualism based on the psycholinguistic point of view and describes the language particularities. The research based on the transcription of the conversation, a short written part and its analysis is presented in the practical part. The research itself consists of: conversation recording, conversation transcription and analysis of both oral and written part. The main points of interest is the presence of language particularities in different grammatical aspects. The author will conclude the thesis by presenting her findings and giving an explanation of the results.
