Secondary abstract: | The work includes an overview and analysis of competencies and organizational culture. Competencies are crucial for performing work as only competent employees perform quality work that enables the progress, development and existence of the company. Organizational culture affects the well-being of employees in the work environment and consequently their productivity. On this basis we find the links between competences and organizational culture. The task examines organizational culture and competences in the case of a real distribution center. |
