Abstract

V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge se osredotočam na problem obremenjenosti učiteljic razrednega pouka, a pozornost posvečam tudi virom moči ter oporam, ki jih imajo pri delu. Predstavljeni so temeljni elementi tega poklica, opredeljeni vzroki in posledice stresnih dejavnikov ter načini spoprijemanja z njimi. Nadaljujem s spoznanji o vplivu kulture šole ter odnosih, ki se v šolski ustanovi oblikujejo, na delo učitelja. V empiričnem delu obremenjenost in opore izbranih učiteljic razrednega pouka raziskujem s pomočjo polstrukturiranih intervjujev. Raziskava je kvalitativna. Vzorec sestavlja šest učiteljic razrednega pouka iz treh osnovnih šol iz okolice Škofje Loke. V raziskavi ugotovim, da se vse sodelujoče učiteljice čutijo obremenjene, pri čemer kot največje obremenitve navedejo pisanje dokumentacije, delo z otroki s posebnimi potrebami in preveliko število otrok v razredu. Večina sogovornic kot posledico stresa občuti utrujenost.

Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the problem of occupational strain in first cycle teachers, and discusses the sources of strength and support they have available. The paper presents the key elements of this occupation, and defines the causes and effects of stress factors, as well as ways of dealing with them. This is followed by my findings about how the culture of the school and interpersonal relationships affect the teachers' work. In the empirical section of the thesis I research the occupational strain and support of the chosen first cycle teachers, with semi-structured interviews. The research is qualitative. The sample consists of six female first cycle teachers from three different primary schools in Škofja Loka. The thesis concludes that all teachers participating in the research feel strained, indicating paperwork, working with children with special needs and large classes as most stressful and burdening. As a result, the majority of participants feel fatigue
