Abstract

V času med industrijskimi revolucijami se veliko podjetij odloča za naslednji korak v avtomatizaciji proizvodnih procesov na reven povezljivosti, ki ponuja večjo produktivnost, kakovost in fleksibilnost. Ker je ta preskok velikokrat težko predstavljiv, je cilj magistrskega dela na teoretični osnovi in na primerih že utečene prakse pokazati potrebne korake oz. ključne spremembe za doseganje želenih rezultatov v čim krajšem času in ob čim hitrejši povrnitvi vloženih sredstev za izvedbo prestopa v industrijo 4.0 in s tem tovarno prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract: At the edge between two industrial revolutions, many companies are deciding to make the next step in automating their production processes, to the level of connectivity, which offers more productivity with better product quality and flexibility to produce more individual products. But since this step is frequently hard to imagine, for companies, the target of that work is to present, the theoretical basis on proven practical industrial processes. What are the needed steps to achieve desired results, in shortest time and at quickest possible return of investment in to the industry 4.0 or future factory.
