Abstract
V življenju smo nenehno izpostavljeni nevarnostim, ki so sestavni del človekovega sveta. Zato nam zavarovalništvo predstavlja eno od temeljnih dejavnosti, brez katere si današnjega življenja ne moremo več predstavljati.
Na zavarovalniškem trgu vlada velika konkurenca, zato so zavarovalnice prisiljene slediti novim načinom poslovanja za ohranjanje konkurence. Danes nas nenehno spremljata hiter tempo življenja in razvoj novih tehnologij. Mobilne naprave so postale nepogrešljive za človekov vsakdan. Dobro zasnovano mobilno poslovanje je lahko za zavarovalnico na trgu eno izmed ključnih možnosti, da bo v boju konkurenčna in si bo zagotovila prihodnost.
Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati mobilno zavarovalništvo. Skoraj vsak posameznik ima pametni telefon, marsikdo pa se ne zaveda vseh možnih funkcij, ki mu jih ta naprava omogoča. Raziskali bomo uporabniško izkušenost mobilnega zavarovalništva v Sloveniji oziroma natančneje pri zavarovalnici Generali.
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na tri poglavja. V prvem poglavju smo opisali nekaj temeljnih pojmov in dejstev potrebnih za uvod. V nadaljevanju pa smo se osredotočili na teorijo. Za začetek smo predstavili samo uporabniško izkušnjo in nato mobilno zavarovalništvo, ter ju potem združili in dobili uporabniško izkušenost mobilnega zavarovalništva. V zadnjem poglavju smo z delno strukturiranim intervjujem analizirali rezultate o sami uporabniški izkušenosti pri uporabnikih v zavarovalnici Generali. V sklepu so povzete najpomembnejše ugotovitve.

In our lives, we are constantly exposed to risk, which is a part of everyday life. Hence, the insurance business presents one of the fundamental occupations without which we can hardly imagine our everyday lives.
The insurance business is a highly competitive area, forcing the insurance companies in looking for new revenues to keep competitive in the market. Today, our quick pace of life and ever evolving new technologies are our constant daily companions. Mobile devices have become an essential part of our everyday lives. A quality designed mobile business is one of the key areas where todays insurance businesses can make a difference for the future of the company and give it the edge in a highly competitive market.
This work aims to address mobile insurance services. Almost every individual owns a mobile smart-phone, but not everyone is aware of the possibilities it can bring to each and every one. We intend to investigate the user's experiences with mobile-based insurance services in Slovenia, with a special emphasis to the Generali insurance company.
This work is split into three sections. After the introduction, investigated the literature on the user experience and on the mobile-based insurance services. The market of mobile-based insurance services in Slovenia is examined, the Generali mobile-based insurance app is examined and in the last section, in a set of semi-structured interviews, we analysed the results of the user-experienced mobile insurance with the clients of the Generali insurance group. In the final words, the most important findings are presented. |
