magistrsko delo
Abstract
Človeški viri smo v podjetju obenem cilj in sredstvo.

Human resource management in companies based on e-business |
Secondary abstract: |
In a company, human resources are a goal, as well as a resource. A company cannot exist, at least not a company that would succeed in the long run, if it does not meet the needs and wishes of the employees, there is also no company that could exist and operate without people. Thus managers in companies need to be aware that human beings are a productive factor that brings profit to the company, and therefore they should not in any way look at the employees as a cost, but the best source of innovation and ideas, knowledge, creativity, competence and creativity to create added value, and consequently they must provide excellently organized human resource management.
In today's technological progress, companies can no longer exist without e-business and the use of social media. Precisely because of these two factors, functions of the human resource management, as we once knew, developed. In this master's thesis, we identified how and why individual functions of human resource management transformed and what role web and social media play in this regard. For a better understanding, we explained e-business structure and described Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and blog, since one of our main objectives was to explain the business of modern companies of influencers, who use social media as a primary subject of business.
We found that the web transformed the human resource management functions and their activities, that they are now much more digitally supported, and that e-recruitment and the use of the Internet and technology for development and training purposes are already a rule and not an exception. Moreover we realized, that modern companies based on business through social media do business differently than traditional ones and have different and customized human resource management. |
