Abstract

To dosežemo s pomočjo prepoznavanja potrebnih splošnih in specifičnih kompetenc in oblikovanjem kompetenčnega modela.

Secondary title: Analysis of employee education and training programs: case study of the organization X
Secondary abstract: The awareness that the development of quality education and training programs for the performance of organizations is extremely important is no longer something new. Of this are particularly well aware large organizations, such as the organization X, analyzed in this diploma work. The goal of the thesis is to show the importance of designing quality education and training programs for employees in order to achieve competitiveness of the organization in an extremely competitive labor market. This is determined by means of semi-structured interviews conducted with an independently working employee in the field of human resources management- education department in organization X and two other professionals in the field of education and training of employees. These lead us to the findings that show the importance of considering circumstances in the design of education and training programs. It is the presence of an increasing number of older employees and the increasing presence of digitization. In this regard, it is important to choose appropriate methods, techniques and approaches, through which we can use the optimal forms of education and training, and in this way design programs organizationally specific and hard to imitate. This is achieved through the recognition of the necessary general and specific competencies and the creation of a competency model. With the help of the competency model, the perception of the necessary areas of education is extremely effective, and in addition, we can quickly identify the main organizational development challenges.
