Povzetek

V teoretičnem delu diplomskem dela smo predstavili pojme, povezane z izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem zaposlenih v podjetju. Opisali smo oblike in metode izobraževanja, cilje in ovire ter navedli glavne motivatorje za izobraževanje. Predstavili smo načine in vrste usposabljanja v organizaciji, faze procesa, različne tipe usposabljanja in na koncu navedli cilje. Obravnavali smo metodo, ki dandanes v delovnih organizacijah še ni tako razvita, in sicer metodo coachinga. Opisali smo njegove metode in pojasnili, kakšne so končne koristi coachinga za organizacijo in posameznika.Za praktični del diplomskega dela smo preučili obstoječe stanje v podjetju in predstavili njihov sistem izobraževanja in usposabljanja zaposlenih.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis we introduced concepts related to staff education and training. We described the forms and methods of education, its goals and obstacles. Furthermore, we listed the chief motivators for education. In the thesis we also introduced different ways and types of training within the organization, individual phases of the process, the different types of training and lastly also its goals. We also discussed the coaching method – a yet undeveloped method in today’s work organisations. We described the methods approaches and techniques and pointed out the benefits of coaching for both the organization as well as (the involved) individuals. For the practical part of the diploma thesis, we analysed the current state of the organization and introduced its employee education and training system.
