razširjenost in značilnosti sokreacije
Abstract
Rezultati mojega diplomskega dela prinašajo nove informacije o pomenu in značilnostih sokreacije in protrošnje v Sloveniji.

Prosumerism: the extent and characteristics of co-creation |
Secondary abstract: |
Prosumerism and co-creation are phenomenons recognized all around the world, quickly becoming the leading processes in organizations for creating and upgrading their products. With an analysis of Slovenian organizations, I wanted to discover the extent of both phenomenons in Slovenia and their use in companies for product development. Most important discovery is that prosumers mostly contribute on the production step of the value chain but are not paid for their work. The analysis also shows growing use of co-creation, while prosumers still face many obstacles in their collaboration. The results of my thesis bring new information on significance and characteristics of co-creation and prosumerism in Slovenia. |
