delo diplomskega projekta

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo primerjali pokojninski sistem Slovenije s pokojninskim sistemom Avstrije. Predstavili smo demografske spremembe v obeh državah in spreminjanje števila prebivalcev nekoč, danes in pričakovano v prihodnje.

Secondary title: Comparison of pension system in Slovenia and Austria
Secondary abstract: In our dissertation we compared the pension system of Slovenia with the pension system of Austria. We presented demographic changes in both countries and changing the number of population once, today and expected in the future. These structures have shown us that the population is ageing, which in future will cause a lot of problems, especially in the field of pensions. In the coming years, there will be an increase in the elderly population, the current "baby-boom" generation. The ageing of the population and life expectancy will increase the benefits of pensions, so all countries are still working to continue the pension system based on intergenerational solidarity. Long-term projections of expenditure related to ageing show that in future public expenditure will increase. Three pension pillars and types of pensions are presented in detail and in the neighbouring country. Due to the decline in the number of people in employment, countries will have to present such reforms, countries will have to accede to such reforms that will improve the employment prospects of the elderly.
