diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo se ukvarjali z zahtevno izdelavo risalnega robota CNC in natančnostjo premika koračnega motorja v smer X in Y. Poglobili smo se v pravilne velikosti korakov koračnega motorja. Preverili smo možnost, ali je risalni robot, ki je izdelan iz poceni ali odpadnih materialov, lahko konkurenčen drugim podobnim napravam.
Opisali smo vse pripadajoče dele in postopek celotne izgradnje risalnega robota CNC ter celoten postopek nastavitev in kako smo umerili velikost koraka. V zaključku so povzeti doseženi cilji.

Secondary abstract: |
In the graduation thesis, we have dealt with a difficult construction of the CNC painting robot and accuracy of the stepping motor movement in the X and Y direction. We have deepened into the correct sizes of steps of the stepping motor. We have also checked whether a painting robot made of cheap or waste material can compete with other similar devices.
We have described all corresponding parts and a procedure of the entire CNC painting robot construction, as well as the entire procedure of settings and the way we calibrated step size. In conclusion, the achieved objectives are summarized. |
