Abstract
Magistrsko delo z naslovom Priprava učiteljev na delo z učenci s posebnimi potrebami in na delo z nadarjenimi učenci zajema teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena opredelitev otrok s posebnimi potrebami in nadarjenih učencev, njihove prilagoditve, izobraževanje učiteljev ter posebej nadarjeni učenci, oblike podpore in pomoč učencem. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati empirične raziskave, v kateri so sodelovale učiteljice razrednega pouka. Z raziskavo smo želeli izvedeti, kako priprave potekajo, koliko časa trajajo, če pri tem uporabljajo kakšne pripomočke, kateri so ti pripomočki ter kakšne so podobnosti in razlike pri pripravi na delo z učenci s posebnimi potrebami ter za delo z nadarjenimi učenci. Ugotovili smo, da priprave potekajo sprotno, odvisno od učne snovi. Potekajo tako, da si učiteljice pripravijo konkretna ponazorila in učne pripomočke, diferencirajo naloge glede na individualiziran program. Največ uporabljajo različne didaktične pripomočke. Ti učencem pomagajo usvajati znanje na različnih področjih. Prav tako so pri rokovanju z njimi samozavestnejši, spretnejši tako pri učenju kot kasneje pri ocenjevanju znanja.

The Master's Thesis Preparing teachers to work with students with special needs and gifted students encloses a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part introduces the definitions of both students with special needs as well as gifted students, their adjustments, the educational process for students with special needs, including a detailed introduction of integration, inclusion, programmes, teacher training and separately gifted students, forms of support and help for the students. In the empirical part, we present the results of the empirical research in which elementary teachers participated. In the research, we wanted to find out how teachers prepare, how long the preparation lasts and if they use teaching accessories, which accessories they use and what the similarities and the differences in preparing to work with students with special needs and gifted students are. We found out that teachers prepare regularly, depending on the topic of the lessons. The teachers prepare concrete depictions and teaching accessories, they differentiate tasks according to students' individual programmes. They mostly use various didactic materials. Those are used to help students assimilate knowledge in various areas. Handling those materials also raises their confidence and skills at studying as well as assessing their knowledge. |
