Abstract

Industrija 4.0 ali četrta industrijska revolucija je pred vrati in je neizbežna, vsaj za organizacije, ki želijo slediti svetovnim trendom tehnologij, digitalizacije in avtomatizacije. Podjetja se morajo konstantno razvijati in slediti tehnoloških trendom, če želijo biti relevantna in ostajati na trgih. V diplomski nalogi predstavljamo zgodovino prvih treh industrijskih revolucij, industrijo 4.0, njene najpomembnejše komponente ter vse ostalo kar prinaša sama četrta industrijska revolucija. Opredeljujemo pomen digitalizacije in njene vplive na poslovno okolje. Na kratko predstavimo pomen samega managementa človeških virov, s kakšnimi izzivi se sooča in kako se na njih odziva, kako poteka razvoj in usposabljanje zaposlenih v organizacijah ter kakšne strategije upravljanja človeških virov poznamo. Opredeljujemo tudi kako se morajo zaposleni prilagajati na nova delovna mesta in okolja, kako digitalizacija vpliva na sama podjetja, kako se preoblikujejo delovna mesta v industriji 4.0, kakšne so njene prednosti in pomanjkljivosti, kako se preoblikuje organizacijska struktura podjetij.

Secondary abstract: Industry 4.0 or the fourth industrial revolution is at the door and is inevitable, at least for organizations that will want to follow global trends of technologies, digitization and automation. Companies will have to constantly develop and follow technological trends if they want to stay relevant and remain on the markets. In the dissertation paper we present the history of the first three industrial revolutions, industry 4.0, its most important components, and everything else that the fourth industrial revolution brings. We define the meaning of digitization and its impact on the business environment. We briefly outline the importance of human resources management itself, what challenges it is facing and how it responds to them, how the development and training of employees in organizations is taking place, and what kind of human resource management strategies we know of. We also define how employees will need to adapt to new jobs and new environment, how digitization affects companies themselves, how the jobs will transform in industry 4.0, what are the advantages and disadvantages of this industrial revolution, how the organizational structure of companies will transform.
