Abstract

Zaradi konkurenčnosti na trgu morajo podjetja velik delež svoje proizvodnje avtomatizirati, saj le tako lahko zmanjšajo lastno ceno proizvoda. Tako smo med opravljanjem praktičnega usposabljanja dobili nalogo zasnovati robotsko celico za lepljenje nalepk na izdelke. V diplomskem delo je predstavljen razvoj novega izdelka, katerega podjetje do sedaj še ni ponudilo trgu. Preučili smo različne možne konceptne variante posameznih podsklopov robotske celice in varnostne standarde, zasnovali celotno robotsko celico v programskem paketu Siemens NX 12 ter na koncu še sprogramirali robotski manipulator s programom ABB RobotStudio.

Secondary title: Conceptual Design of a Robotic Cell for Pasting Stickers on Products
Secondary abstract: To be competitive on the market factories have to automate their production, only so they can lower the production costs. While we were doing our practical education in a company, we got a task to design a robotic cell for pasting stickers on products. In this diploma work it is shown the evolution of a new product, which the company never produced. We studied different possible conceptual designs of multiple components, safety standards, designed the entire robotic cell in Siemens NX 12 and at the end we also programmed the robot application in RobotStudio.
