Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem predstavil nabavno poslovanje in marketinški splet. Praktični del diplomske naloge sem opravil v sodelovanju s podjetjem Fortis Maribor, d. o. o. V praktičnem delu sem opisal sistem nabave v podjetju ter opravil ABC analizo in XYZ analizo za nabavljene materiale v preteklem letu. Dobljene rezultate sem ovrednotil in predlagal možne rešitve. Z opisanim marketinškim spletom podjetja sem opozoril na prednosti in slabosti, ki jih ima podjetje na tem področju.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma introduces the purchase business and the marketing mix. The empirical part of the diploma, describing the company’s purchase system and introducing the ABC and XYZ analysis for purchased materials within the last year, has been realized in cooperation with the company Fortis Maribor, d. o. o. After evaluating the data, possible solutions have been given. By describing the company’s marketing mix, the company’s advantages and weaknesses in the field of its purchase system have been pointed out.
