Abstract

Ena od učiteljevih temeljnih nalog je skrb za nenehno poglabljanje kakovosti vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela. Učitelja lahko v skladu s tem prepoznamo kot najpomembnejšega akterja novih družbenih tokov in pobudnika sprememb - tako na osebni ravni kot na ravni skupnosti, učiteljskega kolektiva, sodelovanja z drugimi udeleženci izobraževanja in na ravni medgeneracijskega sodelovanja. Če se navežemo na zapisano, lahko ugotovimo, da je tradicionalni vlogi učiteljstva učitelju dodana zmožnost za razvoj in raziskovanje ter stalni osebni profesionalni razvoj, ki temelji na dejstvih in refleksiji. Da bi učitelji oziroma drugi strokovni delavci v izobraževanju lahko uspešno raziskovali pa ni odvisno le od njih samih ter njihove izobrazbe, ampak tudi od številnih drugih dejavnikov, tako osebnih kot dejavnikov okolja, v katerem delujejo. Med dejavniki okolja izpostavljamo vpliv pogledov vodstva šole in kolektiva na raziskovalno delo ter materialni in družbeni položaj učitelja.

Secondary abstract: One of the teacher's basic tasks is to ensure that the quality of the educational work is continually enhanced. Accordingly, the teacher can be seen as the most important actor in new social movements and the initiator of change - both at the personal and community levels, the teaching staff, cooperation with other participants in education and cooperation between generations. Referring to the quote above, the ability of the teacher to develop and explore is essential. It is true that in every school students learn, but there is an increasing emphasis on teacher learning through research. In order for teachers or other professionals in education to be able to successfully investigate, depends not only on them and their education but also on other factors such as the environment in which they serve, the philosophies, school leadership and from their personal lives.
