Abstract

V modernem poslovnem svetu postaja management človeških virov izjemnega pomena za uspeh organizacij, saj so zadovoljni in motivirani zaposleni postali ključna konkurenčna prednost podjetij. Da bi bilo podjetje uspešno, mora imeti dobro energijo na vseh področjih delovanja V diplomskem projektu smo predstavili pojem organizacijske energije in vrste le-te ter opredelili vrste energij, ki jih posedujejo zaposleni. Opisali smo, na kakšen način se meri organizacijska energija in kako le-to v podjetju povečati ali ohraniti. Opredelili smo tudi, kakšen vpliv imajo na organizacijsko energijo zaposleni v podjetju in kakšen vpliv ima vodja oz. vodstvo. Izmerili smo tudi organizacijsko energijo v podjetju Robert Bosch, d. o. o., Krško. Ugotovili smo, da v podjetju prevladuje produktivna energija, najnižja pa je korozivna energija. Izračunali smo indeks organizacijske energije, ki znaša 4,65 točke, kar je višje od povprečja na slovenskem trgu. Na koncu smo predstavili še naše predloge za izboljšavo organizacijske energije v tej organizaciji.

Secondary abstract: In modern business world human resources management is becoming very important for organizations to succeed, because satisfied and motivated employees have become their crucial competitive advantage. Company that wants to succeed must have good energy in all areas of activity. In the dissertation papper we present organizational energy and its different types and types of energy that employees possess. We describe a way of measuring organizational energy and how to increase or preserve it. We also define the influence of employees and management on organizational energy. We also measured organizational energy in Robert Bosch Krško and find out, that productive energy is supreme to other energies in that company, while corrosive energy is the lowest. We measured index of organizational energy, which add up to 4,65 points. That is higher than the averge in slovenian market. At the end we present our suggestions for improving organizational energy in this company.
