Secondary abstract: | The diploma thesis discusses the designing of robotic semi-portal which is the part of robotic cutting cell for cutting pipes and profiles. The robotic semi-portal allows movement in x, y and z axes and gives the robot the requested cutting position. In the diploma thesis are introduced the main assemblies of robotic semi-portal. The calculation of gear load capacity was done by SIST ISO 6336 standard. It was also made a static strength and modal analysis of a y-axis. |
