Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava konstruiranje robotske konzole, ki je del rezalne robotske celice namenjeni rezanju cevi in profilov. Robotska konzola nam omogoča premikanje robota po x, y in z oseh ter nam ob tem zagotavlja dostopnost robota v zahtevan položaj za rezanje. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni ključni sklopi robotske konzole. Izračun nosilnost zobniške dvojice x-osi je bila opravljena po standardu SIST ISO 6336. Prav tako sta bili narejeni tudi statična trdnostna analiza ter modalna analiza y-osi.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis discusses the designing of robotic semi-portal which is the part of robotic cutting cell for cutting pipes and profiles. The robotic semi-portal allows movement in x, y and z axes and gives the robot the requested cutting position. In the diploma thesis are introduced the main assemblies of robotic semi-portal. The calculation of gear load capacity was done by SIST ISO 6336 standard. It was also made a static strength and modal analysis of a y-axis.
