Abstract

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo zavzetost zaposlenih na delovnem mestu in njihovo dobro počutje. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega dela in empiričnega oziroma raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili zavzetost, njegove dejavnike, kategorije, predstavili tri modele merjenja zavzetosti ter opisali ovire in možne ukrepe pri doseganju zavzetosti zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. V nadaljevanju smo se osredotočili še na dobro počutje, ga opisali, našteli njegove vrste ter ugotavljali razmerje med zaposlenim, ki se v podjetju dobro počuti, in podjetjem. V empiričnem oziroma raziskovalnem delu smo ugotovili stopnjo zavzetosti in dobrega počutja ljudi v delovnem razmerju. Anketirane smo glede na njihovo delovno zavzetost razvrstili v tri kategorije, glede njihovega dobrega počutja pa smo ugotovili, katero izmed štirih področij, najslabše oziroma najboljše vpliva na dogajanje na delovnem mestu.

Secondary title: Commitment of employees at work and their well-being
Secondary abstract: In the thesis we discuss about employees work commitment and their well-beeing. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. In the theoretical part, we defined commitment, its factors, categories, presented three models of commitment measurement and described obstacles and possible measures achieving employee commitment at workplace. In the following, we also focused on well-being of employees, describe it, enumerate its types and determine the relationship between an employee who is well and the company. In the empirical part, we have determined the level of commitment and well-being of people in employment. Respondents were classified according to their work commitment into three categories, and in terms of their well-being, we determined which of the four areas, has the worst or the best impact in the workplace.
