Povzetek
V delu smo se posvetili raziskovanju subjektivnega emocionalnega blagostanja in psihološkega dobrega počutja, ki sta osrednja pojma v okviru pozitivne psihologije. Preučili smo oba pojma, razčlenili njuno sestavo in raziskali odločilne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na subjektivni blagor in psihološko dobro počutje. Načini krepitve subjektivnega blagostanja in psihološkega dobrega počutja podajajo predloge oziroma konkretne rešitve, s katerimi lahko močno vplivamo na dobro počutje posameznika. Namen raziskave je bilo ugotoviti ter pojasniti povezavo med psihološkim dobrim počutjem ter emocionalnim dobrim počutjem na delovnem mestu posameznika. Ugotovili smo, da veliko vlogo v tem procesu predstavlja tudi organizacija na način, kako obravnava svoje zaposlene, kakšne delovne pogoje jim nudi in v kakšni meri se zavzema za izboljšanje dobrega počutja sodelavcev.Ugotovili smo, da je zadovoljen zaposleni bolj motiviran, bolj produktiven, lažje premaguje obremenitve in dobro obvladuje stres.

In the thesis we devoted ourselves to exploring subjective emotional well-being and psychological well-being, which are the central concepts in the context of positive psychology. We examined both concepts, broken down their composition and investigated the decisive factors that influence the subjective well-being and psychological well-being. The ways of strengthening subjective well-being and psychological well-being are presented with proposals or concrete solutions that can greatly influence the well-being of the individual.The purpose of the research was to establish and clarify the connection between the psychological well-being and the emotional well-being in the workplace of an individual. We have found that the organization plays a major role in the way it treats its employees, what kind of working conditions it offers and how much it is committed to improving the well-being of employees. We found that a satisfied employee is more motivated, more productive, easier to overcome the burden and well-controlled stress. |
