Abstract

Osredotočili smo se na vpeljavo standarda SIST EN ISO 9001:2015 pri podjetju Droga Kolinska d.d. kateri predstavlja pomembni del skupine Atlantic Grupa. Najprej smo v teoretičnem delu opredelili pojem kakovosti, spoznali vpliv kakovosti izdelkov in storitev na poslovanje podjetja ter se soočili s potrebno dokumentacijo za obstoj ustreznega sistema vodenja kakovosti. Bolj podrobno smo v teoretičnem delu definirali standard kakovosti SIST EN ISO 9001:2015. Za raziskovalni del smo uporabili metodo intervjuja, s katerim smo skušali od pristojne zaposlene za vodenje kakovosti v podjetju pridobiti čim boljši vpogled v načinu zadovoljevanja zahtev standarda SIST EN ISO 9001:2015. Ključna videnja smo strnili v tabelo. Ugotovili smo, da podjetje upošteva vse temeljne točke standarda ter ima ustrezno dokumentacijo. Podjetje vidi veliko vrednosti v pridobitvi certifikata kar je že obrodilo nove inovacije v sami proizvodnji.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the SIST EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, particularly within the company Droga Kolinska d.d., which represents an important part of the Atlantic Grupa. In theoretical part, the concept of quality was outlined and the impact of quality of products and services on the business was addressed. Additionally, quality management standard (SIST EN ISO 9001: 2015) is described with an emphasis on structure and key requirements for quality management system. Given the methodological perspective, interview was used as to obtain the best possible insight regarding the company’s approach to fulfil the requirements of SIST EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. To obtain the relevant insights, competent employee responsible for quality management was interviewed. In conclusion, we summarized and discussed key findings of our research. We confirmed that the company takes into account all the necessary points of the standard and has the appropriate documentation for it. The company sees a lot of value in complying with SIS EN ISO 9001:2015 and acquiring its certificate, which already resulted in innovations of production process.
