Abstract
V okviru diplomskega dela je bilo izvedeno konstruiranje in preračun A-rok Formula Student dirkalnika ter njihova izdelava, v kar spada tudi določitev kinematike podvozja.
V začetku naloge so podane informacije o projektu Formula Student in obrazložen pravilnik. Nato je bila podana ustrezna teoretična podlaga parametrov podvozja, ki ji sledi razvoj na podlagi razumevanja teorije teh parametrov. Sledi konstruiranje in izbira materiala za optimiziranje mase ter trdnostni preračun za preverbo nosilnosti konstrukcije. Ugotovili smo, da smo lahko z boljšo pozicijo vpetja A-rok izboljšali vozne lastnosti dirkalnika. Na koncu še omenimo izdelavo in preizkušanje A-rok.

Double wishbone suspension design of the formula student race car |
Secondary abstract: |
Within the framework of the diploma thesis, the design and strength analysis of the double wishbone suspension of the Formula Student racing car was performed, including the determination of the kinematics of the suspension. The wishbone suspension was also manufactured.
At the beginning of the assignment, information about the Formula Student project and explained rules are provided. An appropriate theoretical basis for the suspension parameters was then given, followed by development based on an understanding of the theory of these parameters. This is followed by the design and selection of material to optimize the mass and a strength analysis to check the load-bearing capacity of the structure. We found that with a better double wishbone mounting position, we were able to improve the driving performance of the race car. Finally, the manufacturing process and testing of double wishbone is discussed. |
