Abstract

Predstavljene so obstoječe rešitve sejanja poliamidnega prahu za selektivno lasersko sintranje. Mednje spada sejanje z odsesovalno napravo, pri kateri prihaja do pogostih odpovedi komponent ležajnega sistema zaradi drobne granulacije prahu. Na podlagi eksperimentalne analize odsesovalne naprave, konstruiranja in izvedbi numeričnih analiz različnih podtlačnih sesalnih sistemov, je zasnovan način transporta poliamidnega prahu v zračnem toku po vakuumskem principu. Rezultati numeričnih analiz so potrjeni z izdelavo in eksperimentalno analizo funkcionalnega prototipa ejektorskega sistema. Študija pokaže slabši sesalni efekt odsesovalne naprave z uporabo ejektorja. Ejektorski sistem v kombinaciji z odsesovalno napravo ne ustvari dovolj podtlaka za učinkovito sesanje delcev prahu.

Secondary title: Transport of the Polyamide Powder for the Selective Laser Sintering with a Vacuum Suction System
Secondary abstract: Presented are existing sieving options of polyamide powder for selective laser sintering. These include sieving with a dust collector in which fine powder granulation causes frequent failures of the bearing system. The transport method of polyamide powder in an air stream by vacuum principle is designed based on the experimental analysis of the dust collector, the design and the numerical analysis of the various vacuum suction systems. The results of numerical analyzes are confirmed by the production and experimental analysis of the functional prototype of the ejector system. The study shows a lower suction effect of the dust collector using an ejector. The ejector system in combination with the dust collector doesn't create enough vacuum to effectively vacuum the dust particles.
