Povzetek
Med procesom selektivnega laserskega sintranja (SLS) nam ostajajo velike količine neporabljenega prahu. V želji po ponovni uporabi ga moramo mešati z novim, v pravilnem razmerju. Prah se z vsakim zagonom kopiči, kar pa predstavlja strošek. Cilj magistrske naloge je ekonomsko ovrednotiti proces SLS, glede na masni izkoristek prahu. Do najboljše izkoriščenosti tehnologije lahko pridemo samo z dobrim nadzorom prahu. V prvih poglavjih sem predstavil porabo in staranje prahu, vsebnost masnih deležev različno starega prahu ter različne vplive geometrijskih oblik izdelkov. Za nadaljevanje sem moral izvesti eksperiment staranja prahu. S serijo sedmih zagonov sem dokazal padanje kvalitete večkrat uporabljenega prahu zaradi njegove izpostavljenosti visokim temperaturam. Po eksperimentu sem izdelal dva preračuna, namenjena ponovni uporabi prahu, saj obstajata dve možni vrsti uporabe tehnologije. V zaključku sem oblikoval še izračun stroškov materiala in stroškov uničenega prahu, ki je posledica izdelave. Prišel sem do rešitev, kako nadzorovati kvaliteto izdelkov s pomočjo beleženja porabe prahu in masnih razmerij ter nadzora uničenega prahu. K temu sem dodal tabele za nadzor kvalitete že uporabljenega in tudi kombiniranega prahu (že uporabljen in nov prah), s katerimi je možno tudi preizkusiti in predvideti najoptimalnejše mešalno razmerje za naslednje zagone. Poleg nadzora kvalitete, tabele podajo tudi priporočljivo količino prahu za zagon, ter optimalno maso in kvaliteto odstranjenega materiala. S pomočjo tabel in rangiranja kvalitete odvečnega starega prahu sem uspešno izdelal izračun za določitev materialnih stroškov izdelkov, ki vključuje tudi neporabljen material.

The influence of the product's shape on the economy of the laser sintering |

A large quantity of excessive powder is accumulated during the process of selective laser sintering. In an effort to use it again, it should be blended with the new unused powder in the correct proportions. After several processes of selective laser sintering the excessive powder starts to accumulate, which represents a certain cost. The objective of the master's thesis is to economically evaluate the SLS process, according to the mass efficiency of the powder. The best utilization of this technology can be reached only with a good powder control. The first chapters explain the powder aging and consumption, mass share content of various excessive powders and the influence of the product's shape. The following sections explain the powder aging experiment. Decline in the quality of the excessive powder due to its exposure to high temperatures is proven with the series of seven SLS machine starts. I made two calculations for the reuse of the powder as there are two possible ways of technology use. I have developed the calculation of the products' cost price and the costs of excessive powder as a result of manufacturing process. A solution is presented at the end of the master's thesis on how to control product quality by recording the consumption of powder, mass share contents and control of excessive powder. Included spreadsheets are designed for quality control of excessive and blended powder which consists of excessive and new powder. The spreadsheets can also be used to predict the optimal mixing ratio and the recommended amount of powder for the future productions, and the optimum mass of the removed powder with it's quality properties. I have also made the calculation to determine the products' material costs which also includes the excessive material. |
