Abstract

Magistrska naloga obravnava poglobljene prometno varnostne analize prometnih nesreč.

Secondary title: Contribution to in-depth analysis of road accidents
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis deals with an in-depth traffic safety analysis of road accidents. The master's thesis presents the Slovenian and the European legal bases dealing with traffic safety. The Finnish VALT method and English RAIDS are presented to address in-depth traffic safety analysis of road accidents. A methodology has been developed that could be used in Slovenia to carry out an in-depth traffic safety analysis of road accidents, which defines a time view of the location of a road accident and a multidisciplinary team that performs an in-depth traffic safety analysis of road accidents. An imaginary example of how such a methodology would be implemented is also presented. Finally, the legal obstacles that do not allow the implementation of the methodology for in-depth traffic safety analysis currently and the proposal to amend this legislation are presented.
