Abstract
Zaradi vse hitrejšega razvoja novih tehnologij so banke primorane uvajati nove bančne storitve ter načine komuniciranja in poslovanja, če želijo ohraniti konkurenčen položaj. Prav tako morajo razumeti, katere so potrebe uporabnikov, in jih zadovoljiti. Slednje lahko dosežejo samo, če sledijo trendom v bančništvu, kajti uporabniki vedno bolj iščejo storitve, ki so preproste za uporabo ter dostopne kjerkoli in kadarkoli.
V teoretičnem delu se nahajata opredelitev in opis elektronskega bančništva, razvoja in zgodovine ter oblik elektronskega bančništva. V nadaljevanju sledijo opisi spletnega bančništva, spletnih strani, izdelave in vrst spletnih strani. Navedene so tudi spletne bančne storitve, prednosti in slabosti bančnih storitev ter trendi v bančništvu. Teorija je bila izhodišče za ugotavljanje, ali spletno bančništvo prinaša več prednosti kot slabosti.
Analitični del opisuje spletne banke, ki jih ponujajo nemške in slovenske banke. V okviru tega so opisane značilnosti posameznih spletnih bank, ki so namenjene tako zasebnikom kot tudi fizičnim osebam. Na podlagi vseh opisanih značilnostih bank je izvedena primerjalna analiza, ki pripomore k ugotavljanju, ali nemške banke ponujajo več možnih načinov elektronskega poslovanja kot slovenske banke.

With the rapid development of new technologies, banks are being forced to introduce new banking services, communication and business practices in order to maintain their competetive position. They also need to meet and understand the needs of the users. They can only achive this by following the trends in banking. Users are increasingly looking for services that are easy to use and accessible at any time, anywhere.
The theoretical part describes and defines electronic banking, development, and history and forms of electronic banking. Online banking, websites, production and types of web pages are also described. It also lists online banking services, advantages and disadvantages of banking services, and trends in banking. Based on the theory, I tried to find out whether online banking brings more advantages than weaknesses.
The practical part describes online banks offered by german and slovenian banks. The characteristics of individual online banks are described, which are intended for both private individuals and natural persons. Based on all of the described characteristics of banks, I carried out a comparative analysis to determine whether german banks offer several possible ways of e-commerce as a slovenian bank. |
