Problematika učinkovitosti in uspešnosti gasilskih društev v Sloveniji

Abstract

Spremljanje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti organizacij je temelj ekonomike tako v pridobitnih kot nepridobitnih organizacijah. Čeprav je bilo ugotavljanje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti nepridobitnih organizacij v preteklosti zapostavljeno, sedaj dobiva vedno večji pomen. Diplomski projekt je razdeljen na 6 poglavij. V uvodnem delu diplomskega projekta so predstavljeni namen, cilji, metode raziskovanja ter hipoteza. Drugo in tretje poglavje teoretično opredeljujeta področje, ki smo ga raziskovali. Predstavljene so nepridobitne organizacije, društva ter prostovoljna gasilska društva. V tretjem poglavju sta opredeljena pojma uspešnosti in učinkovitosti ter kako poteka njuno spremljanje v organizacijah. V petem poglavju smo predstavili sistem kazalnikov, ki smo jih razvili za spremljanje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti prostovoljnih gasilskih društev. V petem poglavju smo razvit sistem kazalnikov uporabili za oceno uspešnosti in učinkovitosti dveh prostovoljnih gasilskih društev in ju med seboj primerjali. Zadnje poglavje vsebuje sklep, v katerem so zajete ugotovitve in problemi, s katerimi smo se srečali ob izdelavi diplomskega projekta.

Secondary abstract:	Monitoring effectiveness and efficiency across organizations is a fundamental economics, both in profit and non-profit organizations. In all non-profit organizations monitoring effectiveness and efficiency was neglected, but now it is starting to gain in importance. The graduate project is divided into 6 chapters. The introductory part of the graduate project presents the purpose, goals, research methods and a hypothesis. The second and third chapters theoretically define the area we explored. Non-profit organizations, society and voluntary firefighting societies are represented. Chapter 3 defines the effectiveness and efficiency and how their monitoring has been in the organization. In Chapter 5, we introduced a system of indicators that we developed to monitor effectiveness and efficiency in volunteer firefighting department. In Chapter 5, we used the developed indicator system to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the two volunteer fire companies and compare them with each other. The last chapter contains a conclusion, in which he noted the findings in the problems that were fortunate in the design of the graduate project.
