nezakonita vprašanja na intervjujih za delo
Abstract
Temu pravimo diskriminacija.

Violation of rights in the candidate selection process. Illegal questions in interviews for work. |
Secondary abstract: |
The problem I discussed in this paper, Violation of rights in the candidate selection process; Illegal questions in interviews for work, is an enormous problem in search for job, especially for female population. Employers are particularly interested in having children, being married or single and what are the plans for the future. Meanwhile having conversation with elderly generations, we could figure out, back in time, job interviews were not so personal. All that mattered were work skills. Therefore, we tried to figure out, in what volume in Slovenia these kind of questions are present and which are the most common ones. The survey showed, that this problem is very common for both, men and women. But there is more. Not only questions about family and children appear, but also where the relatives work, then about racial, ethical, social origin, sexual orientation and financial situation. The problem is called discrimination |
