zaposlovanje v času gospodarske rasti
Povzetek
Postopek iskanja novih sodelavcev v organizaciji se vedno prične pri virih iskanja kandidatov za zaposlitev. Torej kje bomo kandidate iskali, preko katerih kanalov bomo kandidate nagovorili, katere vire bomo izbrali za iskanje z namenom, da informacija o prostem delovnem mestu res pride do pravih kandidatov. Namen zaposlovanja je namreč najti pravega kandidata za prosto delovno mesto. V diplomskem delu bom ugotavljala, kako stanje gospodarske rasti vpliva na izbiro virov iskanja kandidatov za zaposlitev. Gospodarstvo izhaja iz krize in beleži gospodarsko rast, kar se kaže tudi v spremembah na trgu delovne sile. Odpirajo se nova delovna mesta, povečuje se povpraševanje po novih zaposlenih in ob tem me zanima, ali se viri iskanja kandidatov za zaposlitev, ki se jih poslužujejo delodajalci oziroma kadrovniki, v času gospodarske krize in gospodarske rasti razlikujejo. Osredotočila se bom predvsem na zaposlovanje srednje izobraženih, tehničnih profilov zaposlenih. Glede na napovedi se na trgu dela ravno na tem področju pričakuje največje povpraševanje po novih zaposlitvah. V teoretičnem delu bom zarisala teoretične okvire trga delovne sile, gospodarskih stanj krize in rasti, pripravila pregled različnih virov iskanja kandidatov. V empiričnem delu pa bom opravila sklop intervjujev s kadrovskimi predstavniki večjih podjetij, kadrovskih agencij in ZRSZ z namenom ugotavljanja, kako se izbira zunanjih virov iskanja kandidatov razlikuje glede na tržno situacijo.

The process of finding new employees in organization always starts with sources of recruitment. Where we are going to search for candidates, which channels we are going to use and which sources to ensure, the information about open position reaches the right candidates. The purpose of recruitment is to find the right candidate for open position. In my thesis I will research how the state of economic growth influences the choice between different sources of recruitment. The economy is emerging from crisis and we record economic growth which reflects in changes in the labour market. New positions are opening, demand for new employees is increasing and this for me raises a question whether sources of recruitment used by employers and recruiters differ in times of economic crisis and economic growth. I will focus primarily on the employment of secondary education, technical profiles of employees. According to the estimations for labour market, this is where the greatest demand for candidates is anticipated. In the theoretical part I will outline theoretical frameworks of the labour market, economic states of crisis and growth, prepare an overview of various sources of recruitment. In empirical part, I will conduct a series of interviews with HR representatives of larger companies, recruitment agencies and Employment Service of Slovenia in order to determine how the choice of external recruitment sources differs depending on the market situation. |
