Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem obravnavala fizikalno-kemijske lastnosti ionske tekočine 1-butil-3-metilimidazolijevega tetrafluoroborata. Iz literaturnih virov sem pridobila eksperimentalne podatke za toplotno kapaciteto, viskoznost in gostoto v odvisnosti od temperature. Odvisnost teh količin sem nato izračunala z modelnimi enačbami, razvitimi po metodi prispevkov skupin in ocenila, če metoda dovolj natančno napove obnašanje ionske tekočine. Ugotovila sem, da je ujemanje med eksperimentalnimi in izračunanimi podatki dobro v primeru gostote in toplotne kapacitete, saj je prišlo do manjših odstopanj. Do večjih odstopanj pa je prišlo pri viskoznosti.

Secondary abstract: In my thesis I discussed the physico-chemical properties of the 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid. Experimental data for thermal capacity, viscosity and density of temperature dependence were obtained from literature sources. I calculated the dependance of this same parameters using model equations, developed by group contribution method, and evaluated if the method accurately predicts the behavior of the ionic liquid. Experimental and calculated data matched well in the case of density and heat capacity, as there were minor deviations. However, major deviations occurred in viscosity.
