Abstract

Za uspešno sodelovanje med ljudmi je treba najprej dobro poznati in razumeti svojo osebnost ter osebnostne lastnosti ljudi, s katerimi tako ali drugače sodelujemo. Če vodja dobro pozna sebe in zaposlene, bo znal pozitivno odreagirati v ključnih okoliščinah in izkoristiti svoje pozitivne lastnosti, s katerimi bo vplival na zaposlene tako, da bo to najboljše za uspešnost podjetja ali organizacije. Uspešen vodja se zaveda pomena stila vodenja ter implementiranja le-tega. Vedeti mora, da se uspešnost uporabe stilov vodenja razlikuje glede na dane okoliščine, osebnostne tipe zaposlenih in druge dejavnike, ki delujejo v danih situacijah. S sposobnostjo prepoznavanja različnih tipov osebnosti bomo začeli gledati na ljudi drugače kot doslej. S pomočjo tega znanja se bomo lahko izognili konfliktom v medsebojnih odnosih. Na izbiro stila vodenja imajo velik vpliv osebnostne lastnosti in tipi osebnosti. Ni malo ljudi, v katerih se prepletajo lastnosti več osebnostnih tipov.

Secondary abstract: If we wish to cooperate with people successfully, it is foremost important to know and understand our personality and the personality traits of people whom we interact with. If the leader knows himself and his employees well, he will be able to respond positively in key circumstances and use his positive qualities to influence his employees in a way that will benefit the company or an organization in the best way possible. A successul leader is aware of the importance of leadership styles and their implementation. He needs to be aware of the fact that the success rate of using certain leadership styles differs depending on the circumstances, the personality types of the employees and other factors that influence the given situations. With the ability to recognize different types of personalities, we are able to look at people from new perspectives. With this knowledge, we are able to avoid conflict in mutual relationships. The choice of a leadership style is greatly influenced by personality traits and personality types. A lot of people possess traits of more than one personality.
