Abstract

Magistrsko delo se ukvarja z optimizacijo in informatizacijo poslovnega procesa. Cilj naloge je izdelava modela obstoječega poslovnega procesa po BPMN standardu, izvedba simulacije ter identifikacija potencialnih težav in ozkih grl. Te smo analizirali z metodami za analizo temeljnih vzrokov. Na podlagi teh rezultatov smo kreirali nov proces, ki je IKT podprt. S pomočjo analize KPI-jev pred in po optimizaciji procesa smo prišli do rezultatov, da je optimizacija pozitivno vplivala na kakovost in učinkovitost procesa ter na zadovoljstvo delavcev.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis deals with the optimization and computerization of the business process. The goal was to create an existing business process model according to the BPMN standard, perform a simulation and find potential problems and bottlenecks. These were analyzed with methods for analyzing root causes. Based on these results, we created a new process that is supported by ICT. With the help of KPIs before and after optimization of the process, we conclude that optimization had a positive effect on the quality and the efficiency of process and satisfaction of workers.
