Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom »Redni letni razgovori v podjetju X« je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. Prične se s teoretičnim in nadaljuje z empiričnim delom. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo na podlagi proučene domače in tuje literature o letnih razgovorih najprej opisali pojme pogovor, komuniciranje in intervju. Nato smo opredelili pojem rednega letnega razgovora, namen rednega letnega razgovora, vpliv rednega letnega razgovora na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, vsebino in pripravo na pogovor, pogoje za učinkovito izvedbo in potek rednega letnega razgovora ter nekaj o poročilu o opravljenem letnem pogovoru. V drugem delu smo s pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika pridobili odgovore, kako zaposleni v podjetju X gledajo na redne letne razgovore. Zanimalo nas je, ali so zaposleni zadovoljni z izvedbo letnih pogovorov. Ankete so pokazale, da so zaposleni zadovoljni z izvedbo razgovorov, da so po pogovorih bolj motivirani, slabo mnenje pa so imeli o vprašalniku za pripravo na letni razgovor, zato v zadnjem delu predlagamo nov vprašalnik.

Secondary abstract: The thesis entitled "Regular Annual Interviews at a Company X" consists of two parts. It begins with theoretical work and continues with empirical work. In the first part of the thesis, based on the reviewed domestic and foreign literature on annual interviews, we first described the concept of conversation, communication and interview. Then we defined the term regular annual interviews, the purpose of the regular annual interviews, the impact of the regular annual interviews on employee satisfaction, the content and preparation for the interview, the conditions for the effective implementation and course of the regular annual interviews, and a bit about the annual interview's report. In the second part we obtained answers with the help from an anonymous survey questionnaire about how employees at Company X view regular annual interviews. We wanted to know if the employees were satisfied with the course of annual interviews. Surveys showed that employees were satisfied with the interviews, that they were more motivated after the interviews, and had a poor opinion about the questionnaire for preparation for the annual interview. Therefore, in the last part we propose a new questionnaire.
