Abstract

Secondary title: Data analysis and visualization with flow-based programming
Secondary abstract: The necessity of collecting and analysing data has been increasing for past few years. There are already several approaches and tools available to perform data analysis. One of the approaches that can be used to perform data analysis is flow-based programming. Flow-based programming defines the program as a network of connected processes. The main goal of this master thesis is to provide users with a simple and efficient program for data processing and analysis. In the master thesis we present a plan and implementation details of a flow-based program that allows to view, merge, edit, and modify data. We provide a generic model which allows program scalability with any type of process called entities. In addition to scalable model, the program can also be integrated with other systems.
