Preračun odkopnega verižnega transporterja s strgali v Premogovniku Velenje

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo prikazali in preračunali verižni transporter s strgali z dvema pogonskima motorjema za transport premoga. V izhodiščnem delu diplomske naloge je opisana odkopna oprema ter transport premoga. Preračun odporov pri gibanju transporterja in potrebne pogonske moči je izdelan analitično s pomočjo izrazov za preračun redlerjevega (verižnega) transporterja s strgali. V diplomskem delu smo določili moč obeh pogonskih elektromotorjev ter izdelali primerjavo s trenutnim transporterjem, ki je v obratu. Pri izračunu smo upoštevali podano zmogljivost, hitrost, nasipno gostoto premoga ter dolžino transporterja.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis we calculated a chain conveyor with scrapers which is powered by two electric motors for use in coal transport. Calculation of resistance during the movement of the conveyor and the required power is made analytically using the terms to calculate redler (chain) transporter. In the thesis we determined the power of both drive electric motors and made the comparison with the current conveyor in the plant. In the calculation we have taken into account capacity, speed, bulk density of coal and length of the conveyor.
