Abstract

Magistrska naloga naslavlja področje strateškega planiranja. Zajema analizo ter predstavitev orodij za pomoč pri strateškem planiranju. Namen naloge je ugotoviti, katero od danih orodij je najbolj primerno za uporabo. Izbrali in primerjali smo šest orodij, ki so na spletu med najbolj zaželenimi. Dodatno je opravljena analiza funkcionalnosti, ki jih orodja pokrivajo. V zadnjem sklopu naloge je izveden intervju z osebami, ki v realnem podjetju planirajo in izvajajo strateški plan.

Secondary abstract:	The master's thesis addresses the field of strategic planning. It covers the analysis and presentation of tools, design to assist in strategic planning. The purpose of the task is to determine which of the given tools is most suitable for use. In order to make a comparison, six tools were selected, which are among the most desirable on the web. The functionalities provided by the tools are analysed in more detail. In the last part of the assignment, interviews were conducted with persons who plan and execute a strategic plan in a real company.
