Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem preučila trenutno stanje regionalne ceste R1-218 odsek 1152, ki poteka skozi mesto Črnomelj. Po izgradnji obvoznice je cesta postala razbremenjena predvsem tranzitnega prometa in posledično varnejša za vse udeležence v prometu. Zaradi manjšega števila dnevnih obremenitev je možno cesto urediti v pešcem in kolesarjem prijaznejšo. Za doseganje ciljev trajnostne mobilnosti in pospeševanje gibanja s kolesi in ne osebnimi ali motornimi vozili, so nujno potrebni kolesarski pasovi. S pomočjo AutoCAD-a in ortofoto posnetkov sem naredila tri možne rešitve preureditve odseka. V prvi so uporabljeni samo mehki ukrepi, druga zahteva določene gradbene posege, tretja pa je optimalna za bolj ranljive udeležence v prometu, saj se površine za motorna vozila zoži in s tem pridobi več površin za kolesarske pasove ter hodnike za pešce.

Secondary title: New arrangement od road section in Črnomelj
Secondary abstract: In my diploma paper I will study the current state of regional road R1-218 section 1152 which is located in a town called Črnomelj. After the construction of the bypass, the burden on the regional road decreased in mostly transit traffic which consequently increased the safety of everyone involved in traffic. Due to less daily transport the road can be rearranged into the kind that is safer for pedestrians and cyclists. In order to reach sustainable mobility goals and promote cycling and travelling by foot, bicycle lanes and sidewalks are highly needed. With the help of AutoCAD program and orthophoto recording I planned three different rearrangements of the road section. In the first one I only used softer measures, the second one includes slight construction works and the third one is optimised for more vulnerable participants in traffic; pedestrians and cyclists. The road surface is narrowed to a minimal required width so there is more space for sidewalks and bicycle lanes.
