Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predmet raziskovanja organizacija in vpliv organizacijske kulture na uspešnost podjetja. Organizacijska kultura je tisti dejavnik, ki je v podjetju najbolj neposredno povezan z vsemi dogodki, dejanji, okoljem podjetja in posamezniki v sistemu. V nadaljevanju sledi opredelitev pojma management in njegovih glavnih funkcij. Management je definiran kot usklajevanje, upoštevajoč spreminjanje okolja in drugih dejavnikov, tehnično razdeljenega dela, interesov, ciljev in drugih struktur v celoto, čemur sledi predstavitev podjetja Henkel Slovenija, opis organizacijske kulture in managementa v podjetju. Na koncu diplomskega dela je predstavljeno marketinško komuniciranje v izbranem podjetju. Cilj marketinškega komuniciranja je uspešno prenesti marketinško informacijo od ponudnika h kupcu. Sodobni svet je preplavljen z marketinškimi sporočili vseh vrst in zlahka prihaja do prenasičenosti, ko sporočila v obtoku presegajo maksimum in tako težje dosežejo svoj cilj. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični del in praktični del. V prvem delu smo opisali teorijo, v drugem, praktičnem delu, pa smo predstavili podjetje Henkel Slovenija in njegovo delovanje na področju organizacije, managementa ter marketinškega komuniciranja.

Secondary abstract: The main aim of the thesis is the organization and the way organizational culture impacts the success of a company or organization. Organizational culture is the aspect of the company, which most directly affects all events, actions, environment and individuals inside the system. Further, the definition of management and its functions is presented. The management is defined as coordination, which takes into account the changes of the environment and other factors, technical distribution of labor, interests, goals and other structures, while regarding them as one meaningful unit. In addition, the company Henkel Slovenija is presented with a thorough description of its organizational culture and management. Last, but not least, the marketing communications in the company Henkel Slovenija are discussed with forethought. The main goal of marketing communications is to effectively transmit the marketing information from the provider to the buyer. The contemporary world is flooded with numerous types of marketing messages, which gradually triggers effortless saturation. Consequently, the final outcome is perceived as lowering the effectiveness of the marketing message itself. The thesis in question is divided into two parts; the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part consists of an overview of several theoretical concepts, while the empirical part demonstrates Henkel Slovenija and its preeminent activities related to organization, management and marketing communications.
