Povzetek
V magistrski nalogi obravnavamo organizacijsko kulturo in organizacijsko komunikacijo. Organizacijska kultura je tisti dejavnik, ki je v podjetju najbolj neposredno povezan z vsemi dogodki, dejanji in okoljem podjetja ter posamezniki v sistemu. Prav vsaka aktivnost in sprememba v podjetju ali njenem okolju se odraža na organizacijski kulturi. Ker lahko z organizacijsko kulturo upravljamo in jo spreminjamo pomeni, da jo lahko preoblikujemo v nekaj kar bo dalo zadovoljstvo zaposlenim in bo načeloma poskrbela za uspešnost celotne organizacije. Organizacijsko kulturo lahko vidimo v vsaki organizaciji, saj se odraža predvsem v prepričanjih, vrednotah, normah, simbolih, jeziku in pripovedih. Kot smo omenili se bomo ukvarjali tudi z organizacijsko komunikacijo, saj ima velik vpliv na nastajanje in oblikovanje organizacijske kulture. V podjetju najdemo tako neverbalno kot verbalno komunikacijo, komunikacijo navzdol, komunikacijo navzgor ter prečno komunikacijo.
Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični del in praktični del. V prvem delu govorimo o organizacijski kulturi in organizacijski komunikaciji. V delu organizacijske kulture se osredotočimo na splošne opredelitve, sestavine kulture in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na organizacijsko kulturo. V nadaljevanju se osredotočimo na oblikovanje, ohranjanje in spreminjanje organizacijske kulture.
V naslednjem poglavju govorimo o tipologijah organizacijskih kultur, kjer predstavimo organizacijsko kulturo po več avtorjih, ki se v strokovnih literaturah največkrat pojavijo. V tej nalogi smo se osredotočili na razlago organizacijske kulture po Cameronu in Qiunnu, ki smo jo tudi uporabili za analizo organizacijske kulture podjetja Henkel Maribor d.o.o.
V nadaljevanju na kratko opredelimo organizacijsko komunikacijo kjer predstavimo uspešno komunikacijo v organizaciji. V tem delu predstavimo tudi vlogo in pomen komuniciranja za organizacijsko kulturo ter vpliv komuniciranja na razvoj kulture.
V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo predstavili podjetje Henkel Maribor d.o.o., v katerem je bila izvedena raziskava. Osrednji del empiričnega dela je namenjen analizi organizacijske kulture izbranega podjetja. Glavni namen naloge pa je ugotoviti ali si zaposleni podjetja želijo spremembo kulture in kako s komunikacijo vplivati na te želene spremembe kulture.

In the present master`s thesis, we will deal with the concept of organizational culture and organizational communication. Organizational culture it is a factor in the company that is most directly connected to all the events, actions and environmental businesses and individuals in the system. Also, each activity and the change in the company or its environment is reflected in the organizational culture. Because we can manage the organizational culture and change means that it can be transformed into something that will give satisfaction to employees and will in principle ensure the success of the entire organization. Organizational culture can be seen in every organization, because it is primarily reflected in the beliefs, values, norms, symbols, language and narratives. As we mentioned, we will deal with organizational communication, since it has a major impact on the formation and development of organizational culture. In the company`s we found both nonverbal and verbal communication, downward communication, upward communication and cross-communication.
Master thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical parts. In the first part we are talking about organizational culture and organizational communication. In the part of the organizational culture we focus on a general definition, on the ingredients of culture and the factors that influence the organizational culture. This chapter is concluded with focus on designing, maintaining and changing the organizational culture.
In the next chapter we talk about the typologies of organizational culture, where we present the organizational culture by several authors that the literature most often occur. In this thesis we focused on the interpretation of organizational culture by Cameron and Quinn, which was also used to analyze the organizational culture of the company Henkel Maribor d.o.o.
In the next chapter we briefly define organizational communication in which we presented successful communication in an organization. In this thesis we present the role and importance of communication in organizational culture and its influence on the development of culture.
The empirical part of the master's thesis briefly presents the company Henkel Maribor d.o.o. where the research was carried out. The central part of the empirical part is devoted to the analysis of organizational culture. The main purpose of this thesis is to determine whether the employees want a change of organizational culture and how the communication would effect on those changes. |
