Abstract
Znotraj magistrskega dela smo v uvodnem delu predstavili problemsko področje, cilje, raziskovalna vprašanja, hipoteze, uporabljene raziskovalne metode in področje poslovnih procesov. V nadaljevanju smo, na podlagi analize poslovnih procesov podjetja iz nabora, izbrali najbolj ustrezen proces, ki smo ga s pomočjo modeliranja (AS-IS in TO-BE) ter simuliranja uspešno optimizirali. Podporo poslovnemu procesu smo zagotovili s pomočjo implementirane programske rešitve. Na podlagi programske rešitve smo izvedli anketo sprejetosti rešitve med zaposlenimi. Znotraj zaključnega dela smo strnili rezultate in ugotovitve.

In the introductory part we presented the problem area, goals, research questions, hypotheses, applied research methods and the field of business processes. In the following, we selected the most appropriate process from the set of business processes of the company from the set, which we successfully optimized through modeling (AS-IS and TO-BE). Support for business process was provided with the implemented software solution. Based on the software solution, we conducted a survey of acceptance of the solution among employees. Within the final part, we summarized the results and findings. |
