magistrsko delo
Jaka Tertinek (Author), Maja Pušnik (Mentor)

Abstract

Magistrsko delo obsega sistematičen pregled literature, s katerim smo raziskali uporabnost teorije kaosa v upravljanju in optimizaciji poslovnih procesov.

Secondary title: The use of chaos theory in management and optimization
Secondary abstract: The master thesis involves the systematic review of literature with which we researched the use of chaos theory in management and process optimization. The purpose of the work is to define how to measure and prove chaos in processes and what business processes are suitable for optimization with chaos theory. In the practical part, a survey was prepared and carried out in order to research the satisfaction of employees with the company, their job, the work they do and company leadership. We also looked at how companies currently manage processes and if they use chaos theory.
