Secondary title: | Appearence of ethical conflicts among nurses at intensive care unit |
Secondary abstract: | Ethical conflict is a serious professional problem. Nurses are becoming increasingly overwhelmed in their workplaces, especially in intensive care units, where work with the patients is even more difficult. This leads to disagreements with patients, their families and in teams. All of these disagreements lead to problems with job satisfaction, mental and physical health instability and largely abandoning their profession. |
