Abstract

Etični konflikt predstavlja resen poklicni problem. Medicinske sestre so čedalje bolj obremenjene na svojem delovnem mestu, še posebej v intenzivnih enotah, kjer je delo z življenjsko ogroženimi pacienti še toliko bolj težavno in pojavnost etičnih konfliktov toliko večja.

Secondary language: English
Secondary title: Appearence of ethical conflicts among nurses at intensive care unit
Secondary abstract: Ethical conflict is a serious professional problem. Nurses are becoming increasingly overwhelmed in their workplaces, especially in intensive care units, where work with the patients is even more difficult. This leads to disagreements with patients, their families and in teams. All of these disagreements lead to problems with job satisfaction, mental and physical health instability and largely abandoning their profession.
