Abstract
V zdravstvu ne govorimo samo o komuniciranju med pacientom in zdravstvenimi delavci, temveč tudi o komunikaciji med zaposlenimi. Vsako nesoglasje, motnja, drugačna perspektiva gledanja privedejo do konfliktov, ki jih je potrebno čimprej ustrezno rešiti, saj drugače vplivajo na delovanje znotraj organizacije in rušijo organizacijsko klimo.

In healthcare, we are not talking only about communication between the patient and the healthcare provider, but also about communication between employees. Every disagreement, disorder, or a different perspective on views leads to conflicts that need to be resolved as soon as possible, as they otherwise affect the functioning within the organization and disrupt the organizational climate. |
