Abstract

Sledeče diplomsko delo nosi naslov Prednosti dela na daljavo in odnos delovne sile prihodnosti do takšne oblike dela. Sestavljeno je iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili prožno delo,in delo na daljavo, opisali oblike dela na daljavo ter opisali, komponente, ki so pri takšni obliki del pomembne. Nadalje smo opisali prednosti in slabosti dela na daljavo tako iz vidika zaposlenih kot tudi delodajalcev, prav tako smo našteli, katera tehnična oprema, je potrebna za opravljanje dela na daljavo in katere so najpogostejše težave z vidika tehnologije. Predstavili smo pozitivne in negativne učinke določenih vidikov dela na daljavo, izpostavili smo fizično prisotnost, nadzor nad delavci in socialni vidik takega dela. Opisali smo, kako uravnovešati delo in zasebno življenje ter kakšno je delo na daljavo danes. V empiričnem delu smo opisali raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli med delavci podjetja Advancing Trade, v katerem smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšno je njihovo stališče do dela na daljavo.

Secondary abstract:	The following thesis entitled "Advantages of remote work and the attitude of the future workforce to this kind of work" and it consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we introduced the definitions of flexible work, remote work, which forms of remote work we know and which components are important. We described the advantages of disadvantages of remote work from the view of employers and employees. We also listed the technical equipment needed for remote work and which are the most common problems in the context of technology. We pointed out the positive and negative effects of certain aspects of this kind of work – physical presence, control over employees and social aspect of remote work. We described how to balance work and private life and remote working today. In the empirical part we conducted a survey among employees of Advancing Trade and we wanted to find out their attitude towards remote working.
