Abstract
Magistrsko delo govori o poznavanju managementa znanja v storitvenem podjetju in ugotavljanje trenutnega stanja managementa znanja ter iskanje potencialov za izboljšavo. V proces kreiranja in izmenjave znanja pa niso vključeni le zaposleni v podjetju, ampak so upoštevane tudi želje in znanje kupca. Magistrsko delo prikazuje vključevanje vseh deležnikov v oblikovanje, izpopolnjevanje ter prenos znanja, ki je ključ do večje uspešnosti podjetja.

The master's thesis focuses on knowledge management in the service company, to determine the current state of knowledge management, and seeking potential for improvement. However, not only employees of the company are involved in the process of creating and sharing knowledge, but also requests and knowledge of a customer are taken into account. The thesis presents the involvement of all participants in the process of the design, development, and transfer of knowledge, which is the key to a greater business success. |
