Abstract

V diplomskem delu so proučena mnenja vzgojiteljev in pomočnikov vzgojiteljev o zbiranju podatkov v vrtcih. V teoretičnem delu so podrobneje razčlenjene pedagoška metodologija in najpogostejše vrste raziskovanja v pedagoških ustanovah, natančneje v vrtcih. V empiričnem delu so raziskana mnenja vzgojiteljev predšolskih otrok in pomočnikov vzgojiteljev predšolskih otrok o zbiranju podatkov v vrtcih, pojavljanju pedagoške metodologije v vrtcih in načinih zbiranja podatkov. Podatki so pridobljeni s pomočjo strokovno podprtega anketnega vprašalnika, ki poleg že omenjenih vprašanj vsebuje vprašanja o pogostosti pojavljanja zbiranja podatkov, nagrajevanju izpolnjenih vprašalnikov in dosedanjih izkušnjah strokovnih delavcev.

Secondary title: Opinions of pre-school teachers on data collection in kindergarten
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis examines the opinions of pre-school teachers and pre-school teachers' assistants on data collection in kindergartens. In the theoretical part, the pedagogical methodology and the most common types of research in pedagogical institutions, in particular in kindergartens, are detailed. The two forms of research that appear in the pedagogical methodology are described and analysed; qualitative and quantitative research. The theoretical presentation is accompanied by descriptions of the methods of collecting individual research and the advantages and disadvantages of each type of research and the suitability of their implementation in kindergartens. The following are a presentation of problems related to the relevance of research findings, and a description of ways to improve responsiveness in data collection in kindergartens. The empirical part explores the opinions of pre-school teachers and assistants of pre-school teachers on data collection in kindergartens, the occurence of pedagogical methodology in kindergartens and methods of data collection. The data were obtained through a professionally supported survey questionnaire, which, in addition to the questions already mentioned, contains questions about the frequency of occurrence of data collection, the rewarding of completed questionnaires and the experience of professionals so far.
