Abstract

Tema magistrskega dela temelji na realni potrebi po novih prostorih oziroma novi dvorani Teniškega kluba Franjo Punčec v Čakovcu. Vsako leto imajo manj mladih igralcev tenisa, zato pa v petih do šestih letih po tem, ko otroci odrastejo, ni kakovostnih igralcev. Zaradi tega bi se zasnoval kakovosten Regionalni teniški center, severozahodne Hrvaške. Cilj je vrniti otroke na teniška igrišča in turnirje. Športni park mesta Čakovec z obstoječimi športnimi stavbami je glavni dejavnik, ki utemeljuje izbiro lokacije za umestitev Regionalnega teniškega centra. Z njegovo umestitvijo v športni park bi se omogočila urbana regeneracija celotnega območja in bi se spodbudil razvoj športnih dejavnosti v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract:	The theme of the master’s thesis is based on the real need for new spacec, or the new hall of the tennis club “Franjo Punčec” in Čakovec. Each year is fewer young tennis players. Without a good base, there are no quality players in the five to six years after children grow up. For this reason, would be designed a quality Regional Tennis Center, for northwestern Croatia. The goal is to bring kids back to the tennis courts and tournaments. The Sports Park of Čakovec, with the existing sports buildings is the main factor that justifies the choice of location for placement of Regional Tennis Center. The placement of a tennis center in a sports park would allow urban regeneration of the whole area and encourage the development of sports activities for the future.
