Ekološka kriminaliteta v občini Ig

Abstract

Vsebina diplomske naloge temelji na problematiki ekološke kriminalitete v občini Ig, dotika se področij divjih odlagališč, reke Iške in gozdov. Ekološko kriminaliteto, kot sam pojem, ljudje običajno enačijo z onesnaževanjem ozračja, kot je ozon in ozonski plašč, malo manj pozornosti pa se namenja gozdovom, rekam, rastlinam in ostalim živalskim vrstam. Pri raziskovanju naše problematike smo uporabili različne metode preučevanja. Glede na naše ugotovitve in dobljene podatke lahko rečemo, da v občini Ig ni prisotna ekološka kriminaliteta v taki meri, da bi to bilo zaskrbljujoče. Radi bi izpostavili, kako je vsako leto manj zaznanih odlagališč, struga reke je očiščena, požigi gozdov ali pa odtujitve lesa niso prisotni. Občani so dobro osveščeni glede ločevanja odpadkov in skrbijo za čisto okolje. Skozi leta je občina Ig veliko delala na komunikaciji s prebivalci tako, da je to tudi en velik pokazatelj, kako so se stvari izboljšale. Tudi sam župan nam je povedal, da je ob nastopu mandata bilo veliko huje (odlagališča, gramozne jame, odpadni materiali po gozdovih, jarkih ipd.). Zdaj je to skoraj sanirano in jih ni zaznati. Z vključevanjem ljudi in tudi ostalih služb, zadolženih za tovrstna področja (predvsem inšpekcijske službe in občinsko redarstvo), se bodo stvari tudi nadgradile. Menimo, da bo v nekaj letih vse manj govora o onesnaževanju in nepravilnem ravnanju z naravo, saj glede na našo raziskavo in pridobljene podatke, se skozi leta zmanjšuje tovrstna problematika na območju občine Ig. Omeniti še želimo, da občina sodeluje z različnimi službami, kot so DOPS (Društvo za opazovanje ptic Slovenije, Life (Program na območju krajinskega parka), sicer niso pogodbeno povezani s kakšno drugo nevladno organizacijo. Sreča je, da občina Ig ni tranzitna in je, bolj kot ne rečni rokav, in ni toliko težav, kar se tiče hudih kršitev glede okolja.

Secondary abstract:	The content of the diploma thesis is based on the problems of ecological crime in the fields of the illegal landfills, Iška river and the forests in the municipality of Ig. People usually equate ecological crime with the pollution of the atmosphere, such as ozone and ozone depletion, and less attention is paid to the forests, rivers, plants and other animal species. In the research of the problem, we used the different methods of study. According to our findings and the obtained data, we can say that there is no ecological crime in the municipality that it would be an alarming state, but we would like to highlight how there is better every year, like there are less illegal landfills; the riverbed is cleaned, there are no forest arsons or wood alienations, the citizens are well aware of the rubbish sorting and care for a clean environment. Over the years, the municipality communicated a lot with its inhabitants, and there is a great indicator how the things have improved, and the mayor told us there was much worse at the beginning of his mandate. In the past, there were many more landfills, gravel caves, waste materials in the forests, ditches ..., but nowadays they are almost rehabilitated and not detected. With this kind of the involvement of people as well as other services in charge of such areas (mainly inspection and municipal services), the things will also be upgraded. We believe that in a few years there will be less and less pollution and wrong treatment of nature, because according to our research and obtained data, this kind of issues is being reduced in the municipality of Ig. The municipality cooperates with various services, such as the DOPPS (BirdLife Slovenia) and uses the Life program in the area of the landscape park (the financial instrument funded by the European Commission and is intended solely on the measures in the field of environmental protection, nature conservation and adaptation to climate change), otherwise they are not contractually connected to any other non-governmental organization. There is an advantage that the municipality of Ig is not transit and it is just the river sleeve, so there are not many problems in the field of environmental protection.
