Abstract

V članku smo predstavile, kaj je interna komunikacija in kakšna se zdi zaposlenim v podjetju DIFA. Z anonimno ankete, ki je bila razdeljena med zaposlene v podjetju DIFA, smo ugotovile, kakšna je interna komunikacija ter kakšen odnos imajo zaposleni z vodstvom ter kakšen imajo medsebojni odnos.
